Other Chemicals Packaging Machines
Universal Pack designs and manufactures stick pack and sachet packaging machines, as well as cartoning lines, for a wide range of chemical products not covered in other categories, such as molecular sieves and plant granules.
Our approach starts from a clear understanding of customer needs, ensuring solutions that deliver flexibility, reliability and efficiency, even for highly specialised or challenging applications.
Products & Formats
Universal Pack’s machines are designed for single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets, with fully adaptable dimensions based on product characteristics, production needs and marketing goals. Depending on the chemical product, our systems can dose:
- 0.1 g to 100 g of powders, granules and pastes
- 0.1 g to 100 g of viscous and liquid chemicals
- One or more tablets
- Single items
For secondary packaging, our cartoning lines handle from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, using our patented counting units for precise grouping, picking and placing. This ensures efficient operations while reducing product and material waste, aligned with economic and environmental sustainability.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack offers a complete range of dosing systems for chemical applications:
- Auger and basculating dosers for free-flowing and non free-flowing powders and granules.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems for liquid chemicals.
- Piston pump dosers for low- and high-viscosity liquids.
In addition, we provide titanium and carbon sealing blocks, specifically designed to handle corrosive chemical products safely and reliably.
Each product and laminate undergoes extensive analysis in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After in-depth testing and a detailed design review, every customised machine is manufactured to ensure accuracy, durability and performance.
Our machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
