Universal Pack designs and manufactures stick pack and sachet packaging machines, as well as cartoning lines, specifically for the veterinary industry. Each solution is developed with the most suitable dosing system, depending on whether the product is a powder, liquid or viscous formulation.

Products & Formats
Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of veterinary powders and granules, or from 0.1 ml up to 100 ml of liquids in a single pack. Dimensions can be fully adapted to product type, production requirements and marketing goals.
For cartoning, our systems can handle from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, with patented counting units ensuring precise picking, grouping and placing. This guarantees productivity while supporting economic and environmental sustainability through reduced material and product waste.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates a wide range of dosing systems for veterinary applications:
- Auger and basculating dosers for free-flowing and non free-flowing powders.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems for low-viscosity liquids.
- Piston pump dosers for low- and high-viscosity veterinary liquids.
To meet pharmaceutical-level requirements, our machines can be equipped with security systems to govern access and record production line data. These systems manage different access levels (operator, factory, administration) and ensure compliance with CFR 21 part 11 regulations.

Every veterinary product and laminate undergoes testing in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After thorough trials and a detailed design review, each machine is manufactured to ensure precision, durability and performance.
Our packaging machines for veterinary products can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
