Products & Formats
Universal Pack’s systems are designed for single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose one or more tablets per sachet, with dimensions fully customisable according to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing objectives.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can manage from 1 up to 100 or more sachets per carton, using patented counting units to guarantee precise grouping, picking and placing. This ensures operational efficiency while supporting economic and environmental sustainability through reduced product and material waste.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates specialised dosing systems to ensure accurate and reliable tablet handling:
- Rotating tilted plate, with automatic detection and rejection of broken tablets.
- Vibrating tablet bowl feeders, customised to fit exact tablet dimensions.
- Aligner/dispenser, with a dedicated rejection channel for broken tablets.
To meet strict nutraceutical and pharmaceutical requirements, our machines can include security systems to govern access and record production data, with different levels of access (operator, factory, administration), ensuring compliance with CFR 21 part 11 regulations.

Every product and laminate is tested in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After extensive trials and a detailed design review, each customised machine is manufactured to deliver maximum accuracy, durability and performance.
Our tablet packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
