Universal Pack’s packaging machines are dedicated to single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of drink powders and from 0.1 ml up to 100 ml of liquids into each pack. Dimensions are fully adaptable to product characteristics, marketing goals and production requirements.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems allow from 1 up to 100 or more stick packs or sachets per carton, using our patented counting units for accurate grouping and placement. This guarantees smooth and efficient cartoning, even for high-volume production.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates different dosing technologies to meet the diverse needs of drink manufacturers:
- Auger and basculating dosers ensure accurate and efficient packaging of powders and granules such as chocolate powder, soluble tea and soluble chamomile.
- Gravimetric and piston pump dosers are ideal for liquids, providing precise dosing of products such as juices, water and alcoholic drinks.
Every powder, liquid and laminate undergoes analysis in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory, followed by rigorous internal testing and design review. This guarantees the delivery of a fully customised machine, built to achieve the highest performance standards.
Our drink packaging machines are compatible with all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE, and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and more on request, enabling both economic and environmental sustainability.
