Universal Pack’s packaging machines are specifically engineered for single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of coffee and derivatives per pack, with dimensions tailored to your marketing goals, product type and production needs.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can handle from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, thanks to our patented counting units that ensure precise grouping, picking and placing. This guarantees efficiency and consistency across high-volume coffee packaging lines.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack offers dedicated auger and basculating dosing systems, designed to handle the full range of coffee products:
- Auger systems deliver high dosage accuracy for non free-flowing powders such as ground coffee, cappuccino and Turkish coffee.
- Basculating systems enable high-speed packaging for free-flowing products, maximising productivity and efficiency.
To guarantee performance, Universal Pack conducts thorough blend, coffee and laminate analysis in its internal laboratory. After internal testing and a detailed design review, each machine is manufactured to deliver the best possible customised solution.
Our coffee packaging machines are compatible with all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE, filter paper and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request, helping producers align with economic and environmental sustainability goals.
