Universal Pack’s machines are designed for single-dose formats, such as stick packs and sachets. Each pack can contain one item, with dimensions fully adaptable to product type, production needs and marketing requirements.
For cartoning, our lines can manage from 1 up to 100 or more stick packs or sachets per carton, thanks to patented counting units that guarantee precise grouping, picking and placing. This ensures efficiency and productivity while supporting economic and environmental sustainability through reduced material waste.
Technologies & Features
Feeding and dosing systems for pharma objects differ depending on the product. Universal Pack offers fully-automatic, semi-automatic or manual dosing systems, with dedicated dosing units specifically designed for:

To ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, our machines can integrate security systems for controlled access and data recording across the production line. These systems manage multiple access levels (operator, factory, administration) and ensure compliance with CFR 21 part 11 regulations.

Our pharma object packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
