Universal Pack’s machines are dedicated to single-dose formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of pharmaceutical powders and granules per pack, with dimensions tailored to product type, production needs and marketing goals.
For cartoning, our systems can manage from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, thanks to patented counting units that guarantee precise grouping, picking and placing. This ensures high productivity while supporting economic and environmental sustainability.
In addition, Universal Pack has developed a bag-in-bag sealing block, allowing multiple sachets to be packed inside a single outer sachet, a distinctive feature for pharmaceutical applications.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack provides specialised dosing systems designed to suit the different flow properties of powders and granules:
- Auger dosers for non free-flowing powders, ensuring maximum dosing accuracy.
- Basculating systems for free-flowing powders and granules, enabling high-speed operations and higher output capacity.
To meet strict pharmaceutical requirements, our machines can be equipped with security systems for access control and production data recording. These systems allow different access levels (operator, factory, administration) and ensure compliance with CFR 21 part 11 regulations.

Our pharmaceutical packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
