Universal Pack’s packaging machines are dedicated to single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of powders and granules per pack, with dimensions adapted to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can manage from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, using patented counting units for accurate grouping, picking and placing. This guarantees efficiency while supporting economic and environmental sustainability through reduced material and product waste.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack equips its machines with specialised dosing systems based on product composition:
- Auger dosers for non free-flowing powders, guaranteeing high levels of dosage accuracy.
- Basculating systems for free-flowing powders and granules, enabling high-speed packaging operations and greater output capacity.
To handle challenging applications, we also provide titanium and carbon sealing blocks, designed for the safe and efficient dosage of corrosive chemical products.
Each product and laminate undergoes analysis in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After in-depth testing and a detailed design review, each customised machine is manufactured to deliver accuracy, durability and long-term performance.
Our chemical powders and granules packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
