Products & Formats
Universal Pack’s packaging machines are dedicated to single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose one or more tablets per sachet, with pack dimensions customised according to product characteristics, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can manage from 1 up to 100 or more sachets per carton, with patented counting units guaranteeing precise grouping, picking and placing. This ensures efficiency while supporting economic and environmental sustainability through reduced material and product waste.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates specialised dosing systems designed to ensure accuracy and product integrity when packaging chemical tablets:
- Rotating tilted plate, with automatic detection and rejection of broken tablets.
- Vibrating tablet bowl feeders, customised to fit the exact dimensions of each tablet.
- Aligner/dispenser, with a dedicated channel to automatically reject broken tablets.
To guarantee durability even with aggressive products, our machines can also be equipped with titanium and carbon sealing blocks, enabling the safe and reliable packaging of corrosive chemicals.
Each product and laminate undergoes testing in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. Following extensive trials and a detailed design review, every machine is manufactured to ensure maximum efficiency, precision and long-term reliability.
Our tablet packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
