Products & Formats
Our packaging machines are dedicated to single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets, ideal for cosmetics that require hygienic, portioned and easy-to-use packaging. Products can be packed individually, with dimensions adapted to your marketing goals, product type and production requirements.
For cartoning applications, our systems allow from 1 to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton. Universal Pack has developed patented counting units that guarantee precise pick-and-place operations for any number of packages, combining efficiency with product integrity.
Technologies & Features
Because of the varied nature of cosmetic products, our feeding and dosing systems are available in fully-automatic, semi-automatic or manual configurations. Dedicated dosing units have been specifically developed for sensitive products such as wet wipes, ensuring smooth and reliable packaging.

Our machines process a wide range of heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-PE (paper–polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper–aluminium–polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate–aluminium–polyethylene), and cold-sealable materials. In addition, we support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP and Bio-PE, helping customers reduce material use and improve environmental impact.
