Products & Formats
Our packaging machines specialise in single-dose formats like stick packs and sachets, perfectly suited for powders and granules that require controlled dosing and convenient presentation. Depending on your requirements, we can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g per pack, with pack sizes customised to align with your marketing goals, product characteristics and production demands.
For cartoning, our lines allow from 1 to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton. Universal Pack’s patented counting units ensure precise collection and placement of any quantity of packs into cartons, delivering efficiency and reliability for small and large batch operations.
Technologies & Features
To handle different powder behaviours, Universal Pack offers two dedicated dosing technologies:
- Auger dosing systems: providing high precision for non free-flowing powders, ensuring consistent and accurate filling.
- Basculating dosing systems: optimised for free-flowing powders and granules, enabling high-speed packaging and superior output capacity.

Our machines process a wide range of heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-PE (paper–polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper–aluminium–polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate–aluminium–polyethylene), and cold-sealable films. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP and Bio-PE, helping you reduce environmental impact without compromising performance.
