Cosmetic Viscous & Liquids Packaging Machines
Universal Pack designs and builds stick pack and sachet packaging machines, as well as cartoning lines for cosmetic viscous and liquid products. With decades of experience, we provide solutions that guarantee flexibility, reliability and efficiency, ensuring high-quality packaging for a wide range of cosmetic applications.
Products & Formats
Our machines are designed for products such as:
- Cosmetic cream
- Hand sanitizer gel
- Liquid soap
- Mouth wash
- Mudding
- Shampoo
- Shower gel
- Tooth paste
We specialise in single-dose packaging formats such as stick packs and sachets, ideal for cosmetics that require hygienic, portioned and consumer-friendly packaging. Depending on the product and your requirements, our machines can dose from 0.1 ml up to 100 ml per pack, with dimensions customised to meet your marketing goals, product characteristics and production needs.
For cartoning operations, our lines allow from 1 to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton. Thanks to our patented counting units, we ensure precise and reliable pick-and-place for any quantity, combining efficiency with product protection.
Technologies & Features
To handle a variety of viscosities, Universal Pack offers dedicated dosing technologies:
- Piston pump systems: providing maximum flexibility for non free-flowing liquids with different viscosities.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems: designed for free-flowing, low-viscosity liquids, ensuring consistent speed and accuracy.
Every project begins with a laboratory analysis of your product and laminate. After in-depth internal testing and careful design review, we manufacture customised machines that guarantee efficiency, adaptability and long-term reliability.
Our machines can process a wide range of heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-PE (paper–polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper–aluminium–polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate–aluminium–polyethylene), as well as cold-sealable films. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP and Bio-PE, helping customers reduce packaging waste while maintaining product protection.
