Universal Pack’s machines are specifically designed for single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. We can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of pastry blends, yeasts and powders into a single pack, with dimensions fully adaptable to your product and production goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning lines allow from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton. With patented counting units, Universal Pack ensures precise grouping, picking and placing of packages, guaranteeing speed, efficiency and accuracy.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack equips its pastry, yeast and powder packaging machines with auger or basculating dosing systems, depending on product characteristics:
- Auger systems provide high dosage accuracy for non free-flowing powders such as baking powder, icing sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla-based blends.
- Basculating systems enable high-speed packaging of free-flowing products such as cereals and vanilla sugar.
All powder blends and laminates are tested in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Each machine undergoes thorough testing and design review before production, delivering a fully customised solution.
Our machines are compatible with all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE, and cold-sealable materials. In addition, Universal Pack supports sustainable laminates including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and other eco-friendly options on request.
