Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of milk powders and from 0.1 ml up to 100 ml of liquids per pack. Dimensions are fully adaptable to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning lines can handle from 1 up to 100 or more stick packs or sachets per carton. With patented counting units, Universal Pack ensures precise picking, grouping and placing, guaranteeing efficiency while minimising product and material waste for economic and environmental sustainability.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates a variety of specialised dosing technologies to meet the needs of milk, derivatives and substitutes:
- Auger and basculating dosers for free-flowing and non free-flowing powders, such as condensed, granulated and classic milk powders.
- Flowmeter or gravimetric systems for liquid products like milk and liquid cheese.
- Piston pump dosers for pastes and high-viscosity products, such as condensed milk paste, spread cheese, butter, margarine and yogurt (classic or with particles).
- A specific dosing system for dried and fresh grated cheese, combining a basculating unit with vibrating channels, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
To guarantee performance, Universal Pack analyses each powder, liquid blend, paste and laminate in its internal laboratory. After rigorous internal testing and a detailed design review, every customised machine is manufactured to deliver maximum reliability and efficiency.
Our packaging machines are compatible with all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request, helping manufacturers align with sustainability goals.
