Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g or ml of liquid sweets per pack, with sizes fully adaptable to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning lines can handle from 1 up to 100 or more stick packs or sachets per carton. With our patented counting units, we ensure precise grouping, picking and placing, combining high-speed performance with reduced material and product waste, in line with sustainability goals.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates specialised dosing systems to meet the needs of sweets packaging:
- Piston pump dosers, ideal for sweets with a wide range of consistencies and viscosities, from liquid chocolate to spread creams.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems, designed for low-viscosity blends such as syrups or food colouring.
- Customised solutions for solid candies and dragees, ensuring flexible and reliable performance.
Every sweets blend and laminate undergoes analysis in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After rigorous internal testing and a detailed design review, each machine is manufactured to deliver accuracy, efficiency and long-term reliability.
Our sweets packaging machines are compatible with all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
