Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of tea or infusions in a single pack, with dimensions adaptable to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing goals.
In secondary packaging, our cartoning lines can handle from 1 up to 100 or more stick packs or sachets per carton. Thanks to patented counting units, we guarantee precise grouping, picking and placing, combining productivity with reduced material and product waste, in line with economic and environmental sustainability goals.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack equips its tea packaging machines with a dedicated basculating dosing system, ensuring both speed and accuracy in handling loose teas and herbal blends. Additional features include:
- Rounded sachet capability, offering distinctive packaging formats to meet marketing and branding needs.
- Bag-in-bag sealing block, enabling the packaging of multiple sachets inside a single outer sachet for convenience and product differentiation.
Every tea or infusion blend, along with the selected laminate, undergoes analysis in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After thorough testing and design review, each customised machine is manufactured to ensure efficiency, reliability and product integrity.
Our tea and infusion packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE, filter paper and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
