Products & Formats
Universal Pack’s machines are designed for single-dose packaging formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose one or more tablets per sachet, with dimensions adaptable to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can handle from 1 up to 100 or more sachets per carton, thanks to our patented counting units that ensure accurate grouping, picking and placing. This delivers high efficiency while supporting economic and environmental sustainability by reducing material and product waste.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates specialised dosing systems to guarantee maximum accuracy and quality control in tablet packaging:
- Rotating tilted plate, with automatic detection and rejection of broken tablets.
- Vibrating tablet bowl feeders, customised to fit the exact tablet dimensions.
- Aligner/dispenser, with dedicated channel for rejecting broken tablets.
To meet stringent pharmaceutical requirements, our machines can incorporate security systems for access management and production data recording, with multiple access levels (operator, factory, administration). These systems ensure compliance with CFR 21 part 11 regulations.

Our pharmaceutical tablet packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
