Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 ml up to 100 ml of pharmaceutical viscous and liquid products per pack, with dimensions fully adaptable to product composition, production requirements and marketing objectives.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can manage from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, using patented counting units for precise grouping, picking and placing. This ensures efficiency and accuracy, while reducing material and product waste in line with economic and environmental sustainability.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack offers dedicated dosing systems for pharmaceutical viscous and liquids, selected according to product composition:
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems for low-viscosity liquids, ensuring high accuracy and speed.
- Piston pump dosers for non free-flowing liquids with different viscosities, providing maximum flexibility.
To ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical requirements, our machines can integrate security systems that govern access and record production data. These systems manage different levels of access (operator, factory, administration) and guarantee compliance with CFR 21 part 11 regulations.

Our pharmaceutical viscous and liquids packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
