Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose packaging formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of sugar and sweeteners per pack, with sizes fully adaptable to the nature of the product, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning lines can handle from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, thanks to our patented counting units. This ensures precise picking, grouping and placing, guaranteeing productivity while reducing material and product waste, in line with economic and environmental sustainability.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack offers specialised dosing systems to match the specific properties of each sweetener:
- Basculating systems for free-flowing products such as brown sugar, creamer, fructose, white sugar, stevia and sweetener, ensuring high-speed packaging.
- Auger systems for non free-flowing powders such as vanilla sugar, providing high flexibility and dosage accuracy.
- Customised solutions for the dosage of sweetener tablets, designed to guarantee precision and reliability.
Every product and laminate is tested in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After rigorous trials and a detailed design review, each customised machine is built to deliver maximum accuracy, efficiency and durability.
Our sugar and sweeteners packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and more on request, helping producers align with sustainability goals.
