Universal Pack’s packaging machines are dedicated to single-dose formats, such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 ml up to 100 ml of chemical viscous and liquid products per pack, with pack dimensions tailored to product properties, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning systems can handle from 1 up to 100 or more sachets or stick packs per carton, thanks to patented counting units that guarantee accurate grouping, picking and placing. This ensures operational efficiency while reducing material and product waste, in line with economic and environmental sustainability.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack provides specialised dosing systems designed to meet the requirements of both low- and high-viscosity chemicals:
- Piston pump dosers, offering maximum flexibility for non free-flowing liquids with different viscosities.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems, ideal for free-flowing and low-viscosity liquids, ensuring dosing precision and speed.
For particularly aggressive applications, Universal Pack integrates titanium and carbon sealing blocks, enabling the safe and reliable packaging of corrosive chemical products.
Every liquid and laminate is tested in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. After thorough internal trials and a detailed design review, each customised machine is manufactured to guarantee accuracy, durability and performance.
Our packaging machines for chemical viscous and liquids can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, such as PAP-PE, PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates, including PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and others on request.
