Universal Pack’s systems are dedicated to single-dose formats such as stick packs and sachets. They can dose from 0.1 g up to 100 g of sauces per pack, with dimensions adapted to your product composition, production requirements and marketing goals.
For secondary packaging, our cartoning lines can handle from 1 up to 100 or more stick packs or sachets per carton. With our patented counting units, we guarantee precise picking, grouping and placing, ensuring efficiency while supporting material and product savings for greater economic and environmental sustainability.
Technologies & Features
Universal Pack integrates advanced dosing systems tailored to different sauce types:
- Piston pump dosers, ensuring flexibility to handle low- to high-viscosity sauces, including those with particles.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter systems, ideal for low-viscosity sauces such as vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Every sauce and laminate is tested in Universal Pack’s internal laboratory. Following extensive trials and a detailed design review, each machine is manufactured to deliver maximum accuracy, reliability and customisation.
Our sauces packaging machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, including PAP-ALU-PE, PET-ALU-PE and cold-sealable materials. We also support sustainable laminates such as PP, PLA, PAP, Bio-PE, and more on request, helping manufacturers align with their sustainability goals.
